Im Frühling hat es sich mit einer sehr reichen Blüte schon abgezeichnet... 2023 war unser bestes Jahr bisher, was die Oliven angeht. Mit unseren Nachbarn zusammen haben wir fast 500kg Oliven geerntet und zum Schluß gab es ca. 75 l feines kaltextrahiertes Olivenöl. Nach der Ernte gings zur Mühle, wo morgens um 6hr schon Schlangen anderer Hobby Olivenbauern standen. 2 Tage später gab es dann das lohnende Ergebnis. Nun muss das Öl mindestens bis Weihnachten ruhen damit sich die Schwebstoffe absetzen. Und danach erfreuen wir uns an unserem eigenen Produkt. Ein bisschen stolz sind wir auch ...
In spring it has already become apparent with a very rich flowering... 2023 was our best year so far as far as olives are concerned. Together with our neighbor we harvested almost 500kg of olives and at the end there was around 75 liters of fine cold-extracted olive oil. After the harvest we went to the mill, where at 6am there were already queues of other hobby olive farmers. 2 days later there was the worthwhile result. Now the oil has to rest until at least Christmas so that the suspended particles settle. And then we enjoy our own product. We are also a little proud...
